In May 2006, Dr. Wong will chair the panel for Asian Eyelid Surgery in Las Vegas. The 9th International Symposium of Facial Plastic Surgery will feature over 100 oustanding international instructors.

In November 2005, Dr. Joseph Wong led a 14 member medical team to perform cleft-lip and palate reconstructive surgery for the underpriviledged children of the impoverished mountained region of Shangrao, Jiangxi of China. 62 patients received free operations in this 4th mission of Smile China.
